Cash Back Promotional Terms & Conditions

Cash Back Promotion: July 1st – September 30th, 2023
The promotion is open to contractors within CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NH, NY, PA, RI, VA and VT. Employees of Triangle Tube, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

The promotion applies to the Triangle Tube Instinct Wall Mount, Instinct Floor Standing and Prestige Boilers, when registered at www.triangletube.com/register-for-cash-back between July 1st and September 30th, 2023.

To enter the Promotion and receive the gift card, an Eligible Participant must:
– Be a licensed contractor.
– Eligible purchase(s) made between June 1st and September 30th, 2023.
– Registration required at www.triangletube.com/register-for-cash-back between July 1st and September 30th, 2023.
– Promotion applies only in the following states: CT, MA, ME, NJ, NH, NY, PA, RI and VT.
– Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

Upon registering the qualifying product(s), the gift cards will be in the form of electronic gift card emailed to the email provided at the time of the registration.

Triangle Tube will not be liable for any charges or other fees that may be incurred by the participant.

Triangle Tube reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify those that qualify for the promotion, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of qualifying purchases, and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a participant has gained advantage from participating in or used fraudulent means to qualify for the promotion.

Triangle Tube reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Triangle Tube because of any withdrawal, amendment, or alteration.

Triangle Tube is not responsible for the display and communication of this promotion on any other third party marketing.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this promotion.
