Staging Boiler Controls
Optima Series staging boiler controls link a Prestige boiler with other heat sources such as Solar, Geothermal, or other boilers.
The Optima S2S controller links a Prestige boiler with another heat source such as Solar, Geothermal, or another Prestige boiler. The S2S stages 2 heat sources to maintain a fixed set point. The S2S can stage the units for either Independent or Consecutive operation and can be enabled remotely.

The Optima S3S controller links a Prestige boiler with up to 2 additional heat sources such as Solar, Geothermal, or other Prestige boilers. The S3S stages 3 heat sources to maintain either a fixed set point or a floating set point based on either an outdoor reset, or a user-defined heating curve. The S3S can stage the units for either a fixed starting stage or automatic rotation and can be enabled remotely.
Modulating Boiler Controls
Optima Series modulating boiler controls link up to 16 Prestige boilers to form an integrated system with full modulation capability
The Optima SCC4 is a Modulating Boiler Control which can directly control the boilers’ firing rate to provide a stable system temperature while maximizing fuel savings. The Optima SCC4 uses advanced PID logic to calculate each boiler’s firing rate and quickly adjust to changes in the system without excessive cycling of the boilers. The Optima SCC4 can control up to 4 boilers by itself and can be linked with 1 or 2 Optima SCCX6 controls for a total capacity of up to 16 boilers.

The Optima SCCX6 is a Modulating Boiler Extension Module which can expand the capacity of the Optima SCC4 control to an additional 6 boilers. Two Optima SCCX6 controls can be added to an Optima SCC4 control to bring the total number of boilers in the system up to 16.
Zone Control Panel
The Optima Series zone control panel and control pumps or valves to control up to 10 zones
The Optima SZC5 Zone Control Panel can control up to 5 zone valves or 5 zone pumps. The Optima SZC5’s ability to control either pumps or valves eases installation and reduces inventory. The advanced microprocessor based system includes many features, and because it is designed to work with the Prestige boiler, the SCZ5 can manage the heating and domestic calls without additional isolation relays required by other controls. The SZC5 easy-to-read 2x16 digital display makes system set-up and adjustment fast and efficient.
System Temperature Control
The Optima Series system temperature controls manage pumps or valves to control multiple system water temperatures
The Optima SMV is a Motorized Valve Control to allow for a mix of high and low temperature zones. The Optima SMV modulates a motorized valve to precisely maintain the required set point of the lower temperature zones in the system. For example, in a system requiring a high temperature zone for an air handler, and a low temperature zone for in-floor heating, the SMV would control a mixing valve to lower the water temperature to meet the in-floor requirements.

The Optima SIM is an Injection Mixing Control to allow for a mix of high and low temperature zones. The Optima SIM modulates the speed of the injection pump to precisely inject heat from the high temperature primary loop into the lower temperature secondary loop. For example, in a system requiring a high temperature zone for an air handler, and a low temperature zone for in-floor heating, the SIM would control a circulator to lower the water temperature to meet the in-floor requirements.
Snow Melt Control
The Optima Series snow melt control manages a snow melt system without the need for a slab sensor
The Optima SSM is a Snow Melt Control to precisely control the temperature of the water circulating through the slab by monitoring the supply and return temperatures. This information allows the Optima SSM to first bring the slab up to temperature and then to maintain the slab temperature to prevent the accumulation of snow or ice. Because the SSM monitors the temperature of the system fluid, and not the slab itself, it eliminates the high cost of an in-slab sensor.
Prestige Cascade System
Up to 2 million BTU/h with the Efficiency and Reliability of the Prestige
The Prestige Cascade can combine 2 to 5 Prestige 399 boilers for outputs from 112 to 1995 MBH, or 2 Prestige 250 boilers for outputs from 65 to 490 MBH. The boilers' integrated Cascade Control minimizes setup time. With a maximum turndown ratio of 18 to 1, the Cascade provides ample output during peak demands, yet adjusts its output during lower demands to minimize boiler cycling and maximize efficiency.

The Common Vent for the Cascade Systems using Prestige 399 boilers allows either 2 or 3 boilers to be joined to a common vent, reducing venting space, installation time, and cost. The polypropylene venting meets ULC S636 requirements and is designed to optimize the system performance. A single wall penetration would be required for either the 2 or 3 boiler models. Several termination and flashing options are available.
Challenger Combination Boiler
High Efficiency Space Heating and Domestic Hot Water in a Compact Package
The Challenger Combination Boiler features a unique “Two in One” heat exchanger that provides both space heating and domestic hot water. The Challenger Combination Boiler is designed to fit the needs of today’s energy efficient homes with inputs of 85, 105, and 125 MBH. The Challenger is not only energy efficient with an AFUE of 93.5%, but space efficient as well.

As a combination boiler, the Challenger eliminates the need for a separate domestic hot water tank. The unique heat exchanger in the Challenger heats domestic hot water directly, allowing the boiler to condense in the DHW mode and eliminating a separate heat exchanger and three-way valve.

The Challenger Solo Boiler features a unique insert cast heat exchanger that provides the light weight and efficient heat transfer of aluminum with the durability of copper waterways. The Challenger Solo Boiler is designed to fit the needs of today’s energy efficient homes with inputs of 85, 105, 125, and 145 MBH. The Challenger is not only energy efficient with an AFUE of up to 95%, but space efficient as well.

The Challenger Solo boiler can provide both heat and hot water when paired with an indirect water heater such as the Smart product line.
Keystone Condensing Boiler
High Efficiency Condensing Boilers from 399 to 850 MBH
Keystone Condensing Boilers provide powerful solutions for large residential and light commercial applications with 5 models with inputs from 399 to 850 MBH. These products feature a stainless steel heat exchanger with a thermal efficiency between 95 and 97%. Their compact design minimizes floor space while the cabinet provides easy access to all components. The large user friendly control interface makes set-up easy. The advanced control modulates the boiler with a 5 to 1 turndown ratio. Up to 8 boilers can be joined in a cascade while the control features parallel modulation and boiler rotation to maximize efficiency and service life.

Keystone Condensing Boilers from 500 to 850 MBH are CSD-1 compliant as a standard feature. This saves both cost and installation time.
Prestige Trimax Solo Series
High Efficiency Stainless Steel Wall Mounted Gas Boilers
Who says comfort only comes at a price? The Prestige Condensing Wall Mounted Boiler proves it doesn’t. The Prestige boiler features a uniquely designed stainless steel heat exchanger and offers 95% efficiency. The Prestige has the capability to modulate the firing rate to 25% of its rated input and is available in 5 inputs; 60, 110, 175, 250 and 399 MBH. This modulation means fewer cycles resulting in lower operating costs. The unique TriMax Control makes installation use fast and easy with 60 second easy set-up. The TriMax allows for multiple circulators and temperatrue zones and has an integrated cascade feature to join mutiple boilers.
